Our Bone marrow melt is the perfect treat for home cooking perfection, made by blending bone marrow with seasonings to give an ultra-rich, high umami finish to give your sauces and gravies that extra special taste.

It will deepen meat flavours and replace lost juices naturally, whilst releasing much needed minerals and vitamins, perfect on steak - simply place a medallion on almost cooked steak and pop under the grill for the bone marrow melt to melt and release its rich, creamy flavour into the beef.

It has up to three times more protein, vitamins, iron and Omega 3 than any other protein per 100g.

Our bone marrow in this melt is raw and must be heated above 75°C before eating
