Changes effective from 1st November 2023

DELIVERING FRESHNESS SAFELY TO YOUR DOOR

Our Always Fresh Promise.

All orders are cut fresh by our Butchery team and hand packed, dispatched and delivered in our ‘chillbox’ systems designed to guarantee your order arrives perfectly chilled & protected for up to 48 hours.

All our delivery packaging is completely recyclable and bio-degradable. Our ice packs and blocks can be re-used for your own picnic hampers & chill boxes.

LOCAL DELIVERY*

EVERY TUESDAY and THURSDAY

From 1st November 2023 our delivery schedule and frequency has changed

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Local Delivery is within 10 miles of our Production Centre in Blantyre (G72 0JP) Local Deliveries will take place between 4pm & 9pm

Unfortunately we will need to reject your order if your postcode lies outside this 10 mile radius and you choose local delivery options - PLEASE CHOOSE OVERNIGHT COURIER SERVICE ONLY

CURBSIDE COLLECTION

AVAILABLE DURING CHRISTMAS PERIOD ONLY

(19TH - 23RD DECEMBER, 27TH TO 30TH DECEMBER)

To take advantage of this service, local customers should choose the FREE XMAS CURB COLLECTION Shipping Option at Checkout . Customers MUST include their mobile phone number during checkout and their preferred collection date.

HOW IT WORKS: order collectION TIMES WILL BE CONFIRMED TO YOU BY EMAIL & TEXT.

If for any reason you are unable to collect your order between on your chosen day you must let us know as soon as possible as your orders are prepared fresh each morning.

NATIONAL COURIER DELIVERY £12.95

How it works

ALL National orders received by 11pm Monday will be sent by our courier service each Wednesday for overnight delivery safely to your door.

You will always be notified when your order has shipped.

Our deliveries are made with “no signature required”, The Butchery Kitchen expressly disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

If your delivery is refused or not accepted at a recipient's address, we cannot take responsibility for this.

On the rare occasion our courier parcels don’t reach our customers we offer a full replacement of your order at a revised delivery date of your choosing

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that certain dates will be exempt from our Standard Delivery Offers & Prices, for example our Christmas peak periods and we continue to reserve the right to reflect revisions to all delivery prices & dates.

We do not ship produce internationally.
